[ October 3, 2007, Los Angeles, CA ] American Elements announced today the commercial availability of a new nanotechnology material-nanoscale platinum metal particles. Marketed under the trade name “P-MITE™”, this uniformly-sized nanocrystal is available with diameters from 10 to 200 nm. The nanopowder is 99+% pure and available uncoated, for use in aqueous mediums, and coated for uses with organic solvents.
